What file format do you prefer to use for editing?

My preference is to edit in Microsoft Word or a Google Docs file.

Which reference books do you use?

I use Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary and The Chicago Manual of Style unless you specify your own style sheet or reference material. I am also experienced with working with The Associated Press Stylebook.

What will the client receive at the end of the project?

You will receive a tracked changes file with all the edits and comments and a comments-only file for all accepted edits.

What is the expected turn-around time?

I typically can edit about 30,000 words per week. I will provide the client with a turn-around time at the beginning of the project based on the number of words and the complexity of the edits required.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept PayPal and Venmo. I require half of the project’s quote before I start my work. Upon completion of the project, I will send you an invoice for the remaining half. Payment will be due within fifteen days of receiving the final invoice.
